The board supports a popular size used by many 5x7 LED panels.
Header pins on the sides allow you to daisy-chain up to 64 boards together.
Outer header pins expose much of the I/O on the two ATmega168 chips.
You can use the same headers to update or change the program on the chips.
The board is only two layers, with all components on the front, to reduce cost.
